Metro Baseball Academy will offer a series of Camps and Clinics throughout the Summer for baseball players ages 7 - 14.  MBA Staff and Mount Hood Community College baseball players will be on hand for 2 week-long camps.  Camp will run M-F 9 a.m. - Noon at Westmoreland Park Field #3 in Sellwood.  Extended care from Noon - 3 p.m. will also be offered.  Throughout the week-long camp, each camper will work on the fundamentals of baseball including:  hitting, bunting, throwing, catching, fielding, and pitching.  Campers will also have an opportunity to compete in daily competitions. All campers will be divided into small groups of players with similar age and skill level.  Each camper will recieve a Metro Baseball t-shirt. 

Campers Need to Bring

• A water bottle with their name on it
• Sunscreen
• Lunch (if they plan on attending the afternoon session)
• Baseball Gear:  glove, bat, cleats, and helmet (if you have one)

Extended Care
Campers will have the opportunity to play field games including:

• Wiffle Ball
• Capture the Flag
• Homerun Derby
• Football
• Free time on the playground
• Basketball
• Over the Line
